Amnesty launches Beijing Olympics campaign
Edition recently designed a set of posters, postcards and other publicity materials for Amnesty International’s high-profile campaign on human rights in China. The designs reflect the campaign theme – “Legacy of the Beijing Olympics” – while projecting Amnesty’s bold new yellow and black identity.
The brief from Amnesty’s International Secretariat posed specific production challenges: as well as mixing English and Chinese fonts, the artwork had to be sent to Amnesty branches around the world for local translation and customisation. In the end we provided something for everyone, converting the same artwork into several versions:

• High-res PDFs for printing
• Web-optimised PDFs
